Official Rules & Terms

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your odds of winning beyond the additional entries it provides.

1. Sponsor

ThreadBeast, LLC ("Sponsor"). Questions may be directed to Sponsor at PO BOX 461791, Los Angeles, CA 90046 / Marketing@threadbeast.com.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of ThreadBeast, LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible.

Age verification: Entrants' eligibility will be verified using the date of birth provided at the time of entry via the ThreadBeast style profile or account registration. Any entrant who provides a false or inaccurate date of birth will be automatically disqualified and forfeit any claim to the prize. The potential winner must confirm eligibility prior to prize fulfillment.

3. Entry period

The sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Pacific Time ("PT") on April 16, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM PT on April 30, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be eligible.

4. How to enter

There are two methods of entry:

Method A — No purchase required (1 entry): Complete a ThreadBeast style profile questionnaire at https://my.threadbeast.com/get-started/ during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) free entry per person.

Method B — Purchase entry (10 entries): Purchase any ThreadBeast box during the Entry Period. Each qualifying purchase earns ten (10) entries. Limit one (1) purchase entry set per transaction. No limit on the number of qualifying purchases per person, subject to these Official Rules.

Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or any automated means are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive the following:

Two (2) tickets to an upcoming 2 Chainz concert (venue and date to be announced) — approximate retail value (ARV): $500

Two (2) backstage passes for a meet and greet with 2 Chainz — approximate retail value (ARV): $2,000

Total approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize package: $2,500. Actual value may vary. No cash or other substitution of prize is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prize is non-transferable. Travel, lodging, and transportation to and from the concert venue are not included and are the sole responsibility of the winner. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Winner selection & odds

On or around May 1, 2026, one (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative.

Odds of winning = entrant's total entries ÷ total eligible entries received

Example: an entrant with 1 style profile entry out of 1,000 total entries has a 1-in-1,000 chance of winning. An entrant with 10 purchase entries out of 1,000 total entries has a 10-in-1,000 (1-in-100) chance of winning. Actual odds will vary based on the total number of eligible entries received by the close of the Entry Period.

7. Winner announcement & notification

The winner will be publicly announced on ThreadBeast's official Instagram page (@threadbeast) on or around May 1, 2026. The potential winner will also be notified directly by email and/or phone using the contact information provided at entry.

Following the Instagram announcement, the winner must respond to ThreadBeast's direct notification within five (5) business days or an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor's discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for undeliverable notifications.

This sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, participants agree to release Instagram and Meta from any liability related to this sweepstakes.

8. Conditions of participation

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond Sponsor's control impairs the integrity of the sweepstakes. Winner may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and (where permitted) a publicity release as a condition of receiving the prize.

9. Dispute resolution & arbitration

Please read carefully — this affects your legal rights

By entering this sweepstakes, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Official Rules or the sweepstakes — including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate — shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures, rather than in court. Arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles, California. Each party will bear its own costs and attorneys' fees.

Class action waiver: You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and ThreadBeast, LLC individually. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive the right to participate in a class action, class-wide arbitration, or any proceeding in which either party acts or proposes to act in a representative capacity. This waiver is an essential term of this agreement.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction in Los Angeles, California to prevent actual or threatened infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property rights.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, likeness, and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, including publication on ThreadBeast's Instagram and other social media channels.

11. Limitation of liability

Sponsor is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize. By entering, participants release Sponsor and its affiliates from any and all liability in connection with the sweepstakes.

12. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this sweepstakes will be used by Sponsor in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at https://www.threadbeast.com/privacy.

13. Governing law

Except where superseded by the arbitration agreement in Section 9, this sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of California.

14. Winner list

To receive the name of the winner (available after May 8, 2026), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: ThreadBeast Sweepstakes Winner, PO BOX 461791, Los Angeles, CA 90046. Requests must be received by June 1, 2026. Allow 4–6 weeks for fulfillment.
