Stylists, when you need them
A stylist is on every box, but you don't have to wait for one to reach out. While you're building your box, you can ping a stylist for a second opinion — by message, callback, or video chat. Included with membership.
How it works
You're in your box. Something's not landing — maybe the hoodie's a vibe but you're not sure about the fit, or two pieces look great alone and weird together, or you're staring at options and want a starting point.
Tap Get a stylist in your build screen. You'll see three options:
Callback — Pick a window, get a phone call from your stylist. Usually 5–10 minutes. Good for talking through a few pieces or asking the kind of question that's hard to type.
Video chat — Schedule a Google Meet. The stylist shares their screen, walks through inventory with you, and helps you build the box live. Usually 10–20 minutes. Good when you want to see options laid out instead of clicking through them.
(coming soon) Quick message — Send a question, get a written reply usually within the hour during business hours. Good for "does this brand run small?" or "what would you pair with these joggers?"
What you can ask
Pretty much anything in scope of the box.
- Fit and sizing. "Does this brand run small?" "I'm between sizes — what would you pick?" "I want a relaxed fit, not skinny — does this work?"
- Brand and style guidance. "What's the difference between these two flannels?" "I like HUF but I want something less loud — what's similar?" "Is this brand more skater or streetwear?"
- Putting outfits together. "What would you pair with these joggers?" "I added the bomber — does this tee work with it or am I clashing?"
- Help when you're stuck. "I don't know where to start — can we go through it together?" "I want to be surprised — pick for me."
What it isn't
A stylist call isn't a long-term style consultation or a wardrobe audit. It's about the box you're building right now and the preferences attached to your account. If something bigger comes up, the stylist will note it for next time and stay focused on the box in front of you.
What it costs
Nothing. Stylist support is included with every membership tier — Basic to Baller. No upcharges, no per-call fees, no premium tier you have to upgrade to.
