If something doesn’t fit, request a size exchange — we’ll send the same item in your correct size on your next box, if it’s still available. We don’t accept returns, but we’ll always make a sizing miss right.

You build and preview every box before it ships. Picks come from your vibe profile, recent ratings, and brand preferences — and you can swap anything that’s not you before it leaves our warehouse. The longer you’re a member, the sharper the picks get. By box three, most members say it finally feels like someone gets them.

You can swap anything you don’t love before it ships, and rate every piece after it arrives. If box one still misses, message us and we’ll work with you on the next one. You get final say on every piece you receive.

After you take the style quiz, you’ll see picks chosen for your vibe, sizes, brand preferences, and anything you noted in your profile — pulled from 250+ brands. You build your first box from those picks. After it ships, your stylist reviews what you chose, takes notes on your taste, and uses what they learn to sharpen the next round. Every box you rate trains the picks further.

First boxes ship within 4-8 business days after you complete your style profile — we need that time to build your box right. Once it ships, expect 3-7 business days to your door, free across the continental US. You’ll see a preview before it leaves our warehouse and tracking once it does.

Your first month’s box fee at checkout. Then once a month after that, on the same date, until you pause or cancel. No styling fees, no shipping fees, no surprise charges — the price you see is the price you pay.
